Izidora Academy
Terms of Use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you create an account at Izidora Academy (academy.izidoraempire.com) or buy International MUA Business Academy. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who you are contracting with
Izidora Academy is operated by:
WSSN d.o.o.Mekinje nad Stično 63, 1295 Ivančna Gorica, Slovenia
Company registration number: 9884858000
Tax number: 19123094
E-mail: support@izidoraempire.com
In these terms “we” and “us” mean this company. The course content is created by Izidora Weisseisen.
2. What you get
International MUA Business Academy is a self-paced online course for makeup artists. It consists of written lessons, workbooks, checklists, calculators, exercises and reference material delivered through this website. It is digital content; nothing is shipped.
3. Your account
- You need an account to buy and use the course. You sign in with your e-mail address and a one-time code we send to it.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- An account is for one person. Access may not be shared, resold or transferred.
- An account can be signed in on up to three devices at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the one used longest ago. You can see and sign out your devices on your account page.
- To protect your account and the course, we record which devices use it and from where (see the Privacy Policy). If an account appears to be shared, we will contact you first; if sharing continues, we may suspend access without refund.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown on the course page and again before you pay. It is a single payment in euros, charged through our payment provider Stripe. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed, and the course is unlocked on your account immediately afterwards. You will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.
5. How long you have access
Your purchase gives you access for as long as Izidora Academy offers the course. “Lifetime access” means the lifetime of the course, not a fixed number of years. We may improve, correct or reorganise the content over time. If we ever decide to close the course we will give you reasonable notice in advance so that you can finish it and save your own answers.
6. What you may and may not do with the content
All lessons, texts, graphics, exercises and other material are protected by copyright and remain the property of their author and of us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and your own professional work.
- You may use the message scripts, templates and frameworks in your own business communication with your own clients.
- You may not copy, publish, record, redistribute, sell or teach the course material, in whole or in part, or make it available to anyone else.
- You may not use automated tools to download or extract the content, or try to get around access controls.
What you write into the workbooks and exercises remains yours. We store it only to show it back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. An educational course, not a guarantee
The course shares professional experience and working methods. Results depend on your own work, market and circumstances, and we do not promise any particular bookings, income or career outcome. Nothing in the course is legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Where a lesson touches on topics such as rates, contracts, taxes, insurance or the right to work in another country, check the rules that apply to your own situation.
8. Availability
We work to keep the site available at all times, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by problems outside our control. Short interruptions do not entitle you to a refund. If the course is unavailable for a longer period because of something on our side, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
9. Our liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including your rights if digital content is not in conformity with the contract.
10. Ending the contract
You may stop using the course and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms (for example by sharing or reselling access) after telling you why and, where it can be fixed, giving you a chance to fix it.
11. Complaints, law and courts
If something is not right, write to support@izidoraempire.com first; most issues can be solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We do not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve consumer disputes under these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its date. Changes do not reduce the rights you already have for a purchase you have made; if a change is significant we will tell you by e-mail or in the course before it takes effect.
